How do I order?

All products at numph.dk can be purchased immediately. It is only possible to order our products online by placing an order yourself. If you have trouble placing an order on numph.dk, you are most welcome to contact our customer service for help.

 

 

When do you withdraw the money?

We will not withdraw the money until we ship the order. What is Klarna and how do I use it? - Klarna is a payment solution that allows you to buy now and pay later. You choose Klarna as a payment solution in check-out and fill in the required fields.

You will receive your invoice from Klarna as soon as your order is posted. From here you have 14 days to pay your invoice. If you do not pay your invoice within 14 days, you will receive a reminder from Klarna.

 

 

"When can I expect to have my item delivered?

At Numph.com we ship your new sassy items with GLS, which means that you will receive your package within 2-5 working days if you order before 12:00 pm.

 

 

Which countries does Nümph.dk deliver to?

At Nümph A/S, we want to give everyone in Europe the opportunity to pamper themselves or their loved ones with our products, and it is therefore possible to order from all EU countries except Greenland, the Faroe Islands and Iceland.

 

 

How do I pay?

There is no additional charge for the use of credit cards at Numph.com.

Before payment, you will be notified of what products you have ordered and at what price.

The amount will not be deducted from your account until we ship the products from our warehouse. You will receive an order confirmation within a short time via email. It is not possible to prepay or pay via online banking or e-cash at numph.com

 

 

How do I return an item?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you, which is why we ship our new products packed with a return label. If a product for some reason does not quite match your need, just pack the item back in the original packaging or an adequate substitute, attach the filled-out return label and deliver it to your nearest GLS service point.

In the event of a complaint, please send an email to customer service before sending the item back, so we can ensure that you receive a refund of the freight.

You have 14 days to send back your  items for return after receiving your order.
